Pros (+) The location was great, across the street from the upper rapids and the state park. The suite was nice, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms (one of them en suite), a full kitchen, and a large living and dining room. Under disappointing circumstances I was wryly amused by the heart-shaped garbage basket.
Cons (-) I booked a suite as a special splurge for my family’s Niagara stay, after reading about the food and wine waiting in the room, looking at the photos, and reading the hotel’s description. Pros (+) The thing that originally brought me to the Red Coach Inn was location. The property is right along the state park by the falls, so everything you'd want to see there is walking distance. I could walk to Rainbow bridge and then to the Canadian view of the Horseshoe Falls in, say, 30 minutes plus border shenanigans. The room was nice. Cons (-) The place appears to be locally run and feels like it - for better or for worse. I liked my stay so much, I extended it an extra day. Unfortunately, that didn't make it to all of the maintenance crew, who walked in (after knocking) a couple times.
