Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is close to the city center, shopping streets, and public transport. Some guests also appreciate the spaciousness of certain rooms. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, noise from the surrounding area, and inconsistent service, with some guests experiencing unfriendly or unhelpful staff. Noise from the street and nearby nightlife is a common complaint, and several guests note that the hotel and its amenities are outdated or in need of renovation. Overall, the location is the main highlight, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and soundproofing.
