Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location and the friendly, helpful service provided by staff. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the comfort of the beds, describing them as hard, uncomfortable, or worn out. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning issues such as unclean rooms, presence of pests, and lack of proper maintenance. While the hotel offers good value and convenient access, improvements in bed comfort and cleanliness are needed.
