8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easily check in and out
Cons: Internet was horrible
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: We booked a room with 2 queen beds. The room they gave us had only one bed. When we told them the room was not as per our booking, they said they had nothing else and our son could sleep in the sofa bed (which was by the way very uncomfortable). The staff did not seem to care much. Extremely disappointing for $350 a night, will not go back there ever!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room. Good breakfast.
Cons: Bed was terrible. Way too soft. Had to sleep on the floor.

Pros: The location to be able to visit our family members was terrific The breakfast options that are included in you stay are more than enough to satisfy any one's appetite. The pool is salt water and absolutely sparkling clean as the hot tub was.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Insignificant.
Cons: After reading many reviews on many other sites of guests being charged various amounts for incident fees, I didn't believe them. I thought it wouldn't happen to me & perhaps it was in error or a miscalculation. So I booked my vacation with them anyways. Unfortunately, I should have believed them. I called the front desk immediately about the overcharge. The front desk's excuse for the $50.12 overcharge was that it was for the incident fee & the overcharge would be returned if the hotel finds no damages have been made to the room. I was told there wasn't anything she was able to do at this point. I called customer service as well & explained the issue. The outsourced customer service agent, Homeal said there was nothing he could do but said would transfer my call to their accounting department. He transferred me back to the hotel's front desk. I called back & explained the issue for a second time. Again the outsourced agent, Rene said she couldn't help me & she transferred me to Susan. Susan informed me that there isn't an accounting dept but she would be the person to handle my concern. After explaining the issue for a 3rd time, Susan said she would call the hotel & see if the fee could be released sooner since it was already charged. I explained that I already spoken with the front desk & I have been told there wasn't anything she could do. Susan was not able to provide information of where I could find any explanation for the incident fee & she also could not provide a resolution. This is my warning to all. I will no longer stay at any Hilton owned hotels. This experience was horrible, time consuming & frustrating. I do not wish it upon anyone else.

Pros: Location was great. Beach was right across the street. Several good restaurants close by.
Cons: Room was extremely small. I was there 4 days and housekeeping though extremely friendly and willing to give you new towels and coffee upon request never came in and cleaned the room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: WiFi was good. Close to Nokomis Public Beach. Low traffic area so was very quiet.
Cons: I really would rather stay at a place that had a pool. The blinds could use a dusting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Warm welcome and tour from the owner Attractive accommodation and GREAT location. I’ll never stay anywhere else in the area!
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Private beach access.
Cons: Very little privacy and very loud. There was a wedding being held right across from our unit. Had we known this we would have booked our stay elsewhere as we didn't appreciate the noise. The unit itself didn't look anything like the website pictures either.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a great little property that was well maintained and so close to the beach. The staff is excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view, the quiet, the facilities, the palapa and easy access to the beach!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location - Sarah and Christopher were very helpful and nice Would definitely stay again
Cons: we stayed in room 18 Could have been updated a little more - but it is a work in progress
4.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the bayview and the little fishing dock right in the back of the property, I also liked how close to the beach it was. Very convenient and accessible.
Cons: Upon arrival, which I was told check in was as early as 1 pm (I have the email saved) so we went to the beach for a little while and went to check in an was approached by a man who said "excuse me what are you doing?" after i followed email instructions to enter my room. I advised that i was here for my stay in which he said "it's not ready yet and I have no idea when it will be ready, i'm sorry we've been busy" so I sat in my car for 5 minutes. He then said he had another room that was ready however, it was much smaller and someone else needed a bigger room so therefore we had to room swap. So unfortunately, I paid MUCH more for the room i HAD to stay in. He offered for me to do a late check out, however, I was gone by 10 am. We were not allowed to have ANY guests and when my friend came over to shower in the room, he hiked over and told us how unacceptable it was. I paid $210 for a room that had value of $120 or so.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to beach Everything is fresh and new!
Cons: A little small but ok for 1 night

9.0 Excellent
Pros: location is amazing -- literally ON THE BEACH. Casey Key is the place to be if you like searching for seashells our room was super CLEAN and Kate (the cleaner) was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. you can walk to a few restaurants/bars (about 1.5 blocks). we had fantastic weather too.
Cons: room needs a dresser/bureau/chest of drawers for guests staying more than one nite. the room A/C can be a bit loud for the 'gentle' sleeper.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect...right on the beach! I liked that they provided beach chairs...with the option of purchasing them as well. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels and toiletries.
Cons: I didn't care for the rug since it's on the beach...wood or tile would have been better. I would have liked someplace to sit other than the bed. It needs a small table with two chairs or a small sofa.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was right on the beach. Had a very nice walk path to the beach, convenient to my mom's beach house. Marina was in walking distance across the street.
Cons: Having to go to another location in order to check-in prior to the actual destination. There was no breakfast available, If we ordered would've had only carb & sugar options in the form of a granola bar, bagel, etc. Lack of Coffee options. Toilet Paper.

Cons: A little dated
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and view were amazing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Beautiful beach. Clean rooms.
Cons: Sheets were super scratchy.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like everything about the place except for the situation with the A/C.
Cons: Even though the A/C blew cold, it was sooooo loud that I couldn't sleep and had to turn it off. It's sounded like three different fans kicked in and it got louder and louder. Also I would suggest that the side that there are chairs in the grass, they should put them on a patio like area just like the other side.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to the beach!
Cons: The facilities maintenance person was very rude to me

Pros: location
7.0 Good
Pros: The hammocks outside ! Pam was an absolute Jewel with my check in!
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was perfect! Very close to relatives and to the beaches.
Cons: The air conditioning in our unit was very loud and the ceiling fan didn't work.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The main thing you need to know is that the address for this property was WRONG. After driving around Venice for about an hour, we finally discovered thru the map function on the phone that the Saratoga Getaway has moved a few miles north of Venice on the Tamiami Trail and is now part of? or attached to? the Nokomis Inn and Suites. The only on-site clue is a tiny ground-level sign and a leaning mailbox out front numbered 119. The phone number goes to a voice mail for someone named David - never heard from him. When we FINALLY found the place, it was freshly painted and seemed clean. Very small, toilet didn't refill after flushing and we had the shell of a coffeepot with no insides or coffee etc. No breakfast. Of course it was much farther from our venue than we had been led to believe.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly. The hammocks in the sand area were great.
Cons: The street sign versus the online sign were misleading.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The sand area for sitting outside
Cons: Floors felt sandy, dirty. The sign in front says Nokomis Inn but our booking says My Sarasota Getaway so it was hard to find.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast. Location was great.
Cons: cleaner pool. No breakfast.

Cons: No it was very nice
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing at all , it started bad and continued to get worse as the evening went on, not to mention it was extremely loud at 2am.
Cons: When i arrived it appeared money was off my card and then front desk said no, therefore my husband said yes it has , the desk said no and at this point he said here is my card and they then charged his card there rate plus $50.00 deposit , only then to our surprise there rate was $40.00 cheaper. The place it self with all we have going on in this world was not clean, dust you could see on the TV and sink area. The pool looked nice until we went to lay on lounger and totally disquisting.I am not pleased with place and also upset with booking .com as i recieved a email saying that i have stayed with booking .com 2 times and am a level one but facts are we are car dealers and myself and husband alone have used booking .com many times along with my staff.I was not happy never will i not look at room rates again before booking with any third party, it was Mother's day weekend and was just awful. I was going to be booking again in Tampa but it is unacceptable that your rate was $40.00 more and the card thing was insane.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Back to the Last Century This motel took us back to the 1980s. OLD, sad property. Old, old, old. The furniture was definitely a throw-back to the 80’s. The bathroom fixtures were a throw-back to the last century. The shower was pathetic. However, it was very clean. A clean specimen of the last century.
Cons: See above. Where does one even find a 6 gallon flush toilet?
5.0 Okay
Pros: Liked the location, property and staff. Pretty trees and close to Pinchers and Patriots Park. Liked the pool.
Cons: My non smoking room smelled a little like sweat and dirty socks, rust in the shower and bathroom, bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable, got bit five times in a small group on my stomach in the bed. Really thought about leaving or asking for another room. If it wasn't for the present situation, I would have...... Pretty disappointed since I have had mostly excellent experiences at Hampton Inns...

Pros: The Location and they were pet friendly.
Cons: My shoe was kicked underneath the bed and upon retrieving it from underneath the bed I observed trash from previous tenants and there was lots of dust gathered there also. I didn't see the maids with vacuums, brooms, or mops which left me the impression they are not cleaning the floors.

Pros: They did forget to clean my room one day, left a tip which she took, and then failed to clean the room...strange.

Pros: I booked online, it stated there was a fridge, microwave and hairdryer in the room. There was none of that.

Pros: nice place, great location in Venice
Cons: no in room refrigerator or microwave
5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff was excellent, very accommodating.
Cons: The doors on the rooms did not close completely, the first room I could see outside through the crack. They moved me to another room and the door was almost as bad. I ended up wadding up cardboard and stuffed it in the crack to hold the door closed. Also, the water pressure in the shower was minimal. It made it very hard to get the soap out of my hair, and I have very short hair.

Pros: Decent room for the price, updated decor.

Pros: The location was good. Close to beach

Pros: The cleanliness and friendliness of staff was outstanding. We loved the location and will stay there again next year!
Cons: The hot food for the continental breakfast could have been a little more exciting. The only thing switched out was the meat choices. We were there for one week so we were aware of the limited options. Flavored creamer for the coffee!

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was quite a delicious assortment and a large spread. It was a great experience for a great price.

Pros: Location is close to everything u need. I stayed last year at the Best Western on 75 which had me traveling loosing valuable vacation time anytime I wanted do something. The pool is well maintained it’s ridiculously clean. Rooms are spotless and modern for the age of the hotel. They look recently remodeled with new tile flooring along with the bathroom No nasty carpet in this place. I had a larger room with 2 large beds and a living area very useful if your daughter likes the bedroom cold as hell. I escaped to the couch in the living room which had its own a/c unit and tv I was in my own space. The ground are nice and every room has a covered sitting area facing the court yard. Grills are available in the courtyard area. You park at your door with back patio type door to courtyard. This place offers more bang for your buck. No nasty hallways with dim lighting and lack of fresh air. The staff is courteous to your needs. The second week of my stay was in a smaller room when my daughter went back to Texas. They made the transition smooth. My flight was delayed and couldn’t get in early. The manager was freindly when I rung his bell at midnight upon arrival. Long story short 5 star without 5 star cost. ENJOY
Cons: The highly yelp rated Bristol attached was closed and I was looking forward to a few breakfast there. Bob Evans is down the road and made up for its absent. I won’t get political but a good example of how this virus and congress is killing the small business man.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean and friendly
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location is great, right there in Venice. Everything is about a 5, maybe 10 minute drive away so it's perfect for being right in the middle of everything! If you need a place to sleep, it serves its purpose, but thats about it. (You get what you pay for.)
Cons: Room wasn't the cleanest. It couldve been worse; on bed + in shower there was hair. Found a ginormous stain on top sheet (maybe coffee, who knows) that was tucked under the mattress so it couldn't be seen right away, + smelled moldy when air was above 75.
7.1 Good
Pros: Room was very clean.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The gazebos around the pool to sit and enjoy a snack/meal/beverage were very nice. We ordered food one evening and instead of sitting in our room be sat outside and had a nice evening relaxing and enjoying our surroundings.
Cons: The hotel is very dated, but it was clean. Our stay was fine and everything was as described.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, great staff, close to everything. Great location
Cons: Just that the hair dryer wouldn't go to low. That's all.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The room smelled so bad and when the owners sister arrived she agreed but when the owner showed up she denied she could smell the musty moldy odor of the room. The owner was extremely rude.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast offered. Comfortable rooms. Like the fact they used regular old fashioned room keys.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the location, wish they didn't charge for children under the age of 12 and it would of been great if the restaurant was open but , due to the virus it was not. Love how you walk in like its a mini apt and the french doors lead to the courtyard with a nice pool, grills, great for families and children. This was our 2nd yr going when my daughter comes in town.. Will be back soon. The beach and downtown shops only a mile away.
Cons: The beds are very hard and would be nice to have extra blankets if needed in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff
Cons: No
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Place was well appointed and spotlessly clean with a relaxing Florida vibe. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette was very adequate and the room itself was very spacious. The staff, like the last time we visited, was pleasant and professional.
Cons: The ice machine was out of order and the only option suggested was to go across the street to the gas station (which sells bags of ice).
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very good location and awesome courtyard.
Cons: There were rodents running throughout the courtyard at night. It did not allow us to stay outside of our rooms to visit with family because I have an infant. Rats were running from the restaurant, atleast 3 were spotted and one was found dead outside the front of the hotel. There is a rat trap/house, and the rats just run through it like a maze.

1.0 Poor
Pros: The location was located near the center of town, not far from the beach and close to restaurants. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a satisfactory job.
Cons: The facility is too close to a busy street. Some of the residents were noisy in the evening. The facility is in need of painting on handrails and steps, walkways and steps also show wear and tear. The bathroom door and the tub and shower needs to be replaced. The heater was inadequate on cool nights and there was no blanket in the room. Air conditioning was adequate, but both the heat and air were impossible for me to regulate for the room to be comfortable.

7.0 Good
Pros: The location was perfect!
