Pros (+) Warm, friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Excellent accommodations both clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros (+) We ended up having a cancellation on a flight and had to find a hotel quick. We contacted the double tree and they took care of us with a smile, even though we were very frustrated from the Flight. Michael who picked us up with the Shuttle, also made sure we got the pack in play for our infant son, and even fixed our phone. Cons (-) The fact that my paid for reservation was not there and it took almost an hour to confirm it. Meanwhile a very loud private party was taking place and the patrons on the party took the party to their rooms after midnight. We tried to call but our phone in the room did not work. We had to use our own cell phone to call the hotel to get the noise to stop..the next morning while sitting in the hotel ...

Pros (+) All the staff was very friendly!!
Cons (-) Pull out bed has a giant pee stain on it, which the front desk mgr came and changed for us but then we were not given a blanket for that bed. Shower head was broken. Some days we were given shampoo other days is was just mouthwash.
Pros (+) Easy access to the women's conference at World Overcomers Ministries, felt safe, comfort of rooms and friendliness of staff. Stayed only 1 night spent most of my time at the conference will stay for 2 nights next year.
Cons (-) I didn't like the fact that a hold of $50 was placed on my card and when I called to inquire, I was told that it would be put back in my account within 3 days and it took up to a week for that to happen. I would have been in trouble if I needed that money sooner. That might stop me from choosing this motel next year.
