Only the price and location.
There were bugs in the room. It smelled like an ashtray. Room phone did not work. Wouldn't let us get another room. No hot water in vanity sink. Food was so-so.
The price was good.
There was sparking when we turned on one of the lamps in our room. The bathroom was way too small. The other guests were shady looking and stayed up all night-outside in the courtyard talking loudly and I mean ALL night!!!

The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice.
We checked into our room, the first room we got smelled DISGUSTING, after looking through the drawers we found remnants of weed. We then asked to move into another room and that one still had a strange smell but wasn’t as bad as the first room. The toilet didn’t flush well, we had to mess with the handle to get it to flush well. Every time we left the room and came back, the bed seemed to be damp from the AC. We also had someone one night bang on our door at 430 AM which we did not appreciate at all. The location was noisey. Breakfast was not what I expected, we went at 8am and there was nothing there. We waited for food to be cooked but I was very disappointed at the very limited options.

The tub was gross in the first room - ring around the tub, stains, pubic hair - so we switched rooms. The tub was worse. My mom went to ask for bleach the clean the tub (despite my protests of wanting to leave) and the gave her cleaning supplies without apologizing or asking if we wanted a new room or offering to clean it themselves. What made my mom finally agree to leave are the numerous mousetraps (designed to blend in with the furniture) in the lobby. We didn't stay and you shouldn't either. I feel bad for the general manager.
Beds were comfortable
The bathtub was dirty and a dirty towel was still in the bathroom. That tells me the bathroom was never cleaned after the last guest before us. We contacted the front desk immediately and they said they would send someone, they never did. Then we went to dinner and when we got back we asked again and the front desk clerk said she would come up and take care of it, she never did, so we never got to take a shower our first night. Then in the morning I spoke to the manager and told him my frustration he said he would take care of it, again it was never taken care of. So when we got back from site seeing at around 6pm our room had been serviced but again the bathroom was never touch so I called the front desk again. So finally on our last night there after 7pm our bathtub was cleaned. I'm very upset and will not return

We booked a non smoking room and when we arrived and opened the door, we were immediately hit with a horrible smoke smell! And also more than just cigarettes! We checked in around 8:30 pm (so late) and it smelt very freshly smoked in. Unfortunately there were no available rooms to switch to after talking with the young man checking us in. He did give us two odor remover sprays to try. We sprayed them and raised the window and then left the room to go to dinner hoping that when we returned it would be gone. After returning it was a slight bit better, but not much. I (a 6 month pregnant women) had trouble breathing all night. I did realize that the next day I saw a lady in the room above us leaving her room with a cigarette in hand. Why would the put a smoking room on top of a non-smoking room? This could be a huge issue! Also, the room was not very clean. At first glance it looks nice, but the floors in the bathroom were still dirty upon checkin and the refridgerater still had left overs in it. Parking was also an issue if you arrived to the hotel after 8 pm.
It was cheap, and the lobby was nicely renovated.
They said they were short on housekeeping, so our (and several other parties') room wasn't available until 9:45 pm. They also gave us a smoking room without asking our preference, but at that point we had waited over 4 hours for a room to be cleaned (we booked a week in advance), so we didn't want to wait for another one.
