I made a reservation. They called to cancel it and said they didn't know why the computer allowed me to make a reservation. Sounds like an internal problem that a customer does not need to know about. Will avoid Hertz. They also tend to have people arrested because Hertz's computer system tells them a car is stolen when it's been returned and paid for. Bad business Hertz. You should do better.

We arrived early for our scheduled rental and no one was there. Had to deal with rental issues every day for the whole vacation. Vile customer service. Never use this company

I booked through Expedia and wasn't able to put in our AAA membership and a request for second driver without upcharge. Pickup in Jacksonville was fine. Drop off in Ft. Lauderdale was a little trickier, but seamless.

The up-sale drove the price to double what was advertised. Further, the check out was terrible and lengthy. Poor customer service at check out. And, I still haven't received a receipt. At first, they had my email incorrectly entered. We called to correct and yet, we still haven't received a receipt. I need the receipt for travel reimbursement. I am so disappointed and will not be using Easirent again. Caution to newcomers about the up-sale.

Dirty car, poorly cared for (tire looks like it pass it’s life span, something was loose under the car and it dragged the floor). At the return location it look also a long time to someone assist you and the shuttle driver was on the phone the entire time as he was driving. Will never use it again and don’t recommend at all. The lower cost is not worth it

They surprised me with several uexpected charges, which brought their price up to what a better company wouldhave charged. The car had been in a small fender bender and whas not the SUV that I initially reserved. It had over 33,000 miles on it and had never had the cabin filter replaced. I bought a cabin filter myself to keep from etting sick from breathing spores through the air conditioner. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The price was good and the transportation to and from the airport. The service onsite was very slow (only 1 employee). Drop off could have been more courteous also.

They did not even have the size rental we requested although we set up almost a month in advance. Very unfriendly and non-apologetic and unhelpful about our other ways to get another rental.

Be prepared for many added fees beyond basic daily rental fee. Excluding state taxes, a 2 week rental exceeded , $175 for things like a license fee ($80), 2 roadside assustance fees never used ($60), CFC (?) fee of $40.

Als ich das Fahrzeug abholen wollte verlangte man noch weitere 197.25 $. Leider funktionierte meine Kreditkarte nicht. Als meine Frau mit ihrer Kreditkarte bezahlen wollte, wurde diese nicht angenommen, weil der Vorname Marianne nicht zum Vertrag passte. Bargeld wurde auch nicht akzeptiert. Daraufhin wurde der bestehende Vertrag storniert und ein neuer Vertrag auf den Namen Marianne Kolb ausgestellt. Ich bitte Sie deshalb um Rücküberweisung meines im Voraus bezahlten Rechnungbetrags.

I was not able to get a car despite my reservation. Their office was closed when I got to the airport. Instead of telling me that when I called, I was promised that a shuttle was “on its way” to get me. There was no shuttle. I waited over an hour before finally renting from another company. Don’t use Fox!
