Pros:The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. We received a tray of snacks that was greatly appreciated and a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and living area was spacious. Enjoyed the afternoon happy hour.
Cons:While I was not necessarily on a business trip, I did work some on each day of my stay. I was told with my hilton honors account, I would be able to have free wifi so I did not purchase internet access. The access was choppy the entire time. The main issue was staying connected to the wifi. It kept disconnecting. I had to reconnect over and over, which made completing tasks for work challenging. Several times, I could not stay connected for more than 5 minutes. Frustration! This occurred with multiple devices and at various times of day. Multiple other customers complained of the same experience. There were not enough chefs to accommodate the crowds in the morning for the cook to order breakfast. We waited and waited and waited. The following day, we opted only for grab and go food because the line for omelets, pancakes, etc was close to 30min. The hotel should plan to have more cooks available during those peak times.
