Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some found the beds comfortable and clean. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, poor service, safety concerns, and maintenance problems throughout the property. Several guests reported rude or unhelpful staff, dirty rooms and common areas, and a lack of security measures. While a few positive remarks were made about the location and bed comfort, the overall guest experience was largely negative due to these recurring issues.
