Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Close to the Malpensa airport with a free shuttle. Very clean, reasonably priced, comfortable bed, great water pressure!
The room was uncomfortably warm. Tried to adjust with the "in room" control, but it didn't work. Called the desk and said I needed to adjust in the room. I get the feeling that it's pre-set and the "in room" control you really don't have control of. My brother and his wife stayed in a seperate room down the hall and they had the same problem.

This is an airport hotel very geared up for passengers who need to stay somewhere very close to Malpensa. They provide a free shuttle to and from Malpensa. Very professional, pleasant, well run hotel. I would rate it higher than most of the other hotels near to Malpensa. Hotel restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Even though the hotel is in a green area close to Malpensa and there is nothing nearby, finding a lunch or a dinner in the hotel is no problem.
Maid using vacuum cleaner in corridor outside my room in corridor too early on a Sunday morning. I don;t usually expect to find this in 4-star hotels.
