Cons: WiFi, was only effective in the main lobby...
Pros: Room is clean and staffs are helpful.
Cons: The location is quite remote
Pros: The view from outside of my room was magical
Cons: The red carpet outside the hall way is old
Pros: Open air onsen, vending machines, bus stop out front of hotel, access to Alpine route
Cons: No restaurants near by, however the restaurants available on site are very good, just a little pricey. Nearest convenience store is 4km

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful even though no one spoke any English
Cons: Dated decor. Lots of big damp patches in the public areas and up the stairs. The hotel blurb said they would pick up from Shinano-Ōmachi but when asked they would not. Japanese style beds were really uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok
Pros: Typical hot spring hotel, staff are nice, environment is quiet and comfortable. I used the Japanese style room and it is more comfortable than I thought
Cons: Dinner and breakfast are too similar to those business hotel in downtown

Pros: Onsen bath and the tatami
Pros: Dinner and breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety.
Cons: Food in restaurant was ok, could be better
Pros: The onsen was fabulous
Cons: Service was perfunctory which was surprising given Japan's high standards
Pros: Good breakfast and dinner. ( i strongly reccomend to have dinner)
Cons: Staff didn't speak english well. The hotel is not located in the first bus stop to Ogizawa (maybe fulled from first stop)
Pros: Great Onsen Nice breakfast buffet
Cons: No local restaurants
Pros: very crowd.
Cons: the restaurant was crowd and no good taste.
Pros: Staff were helpful even with some language barriers. Rooms were spacious and traditional Japanese style.
Cons: Being a public onsen it was extremely busy, even late at night.

Pros: Very kind staff. Lovely setting. Great onsen. Wonderful meals.
Pros: Location is good for Travelling Tateyama-Machi ! The private bath is good
Cons: The hotel is old! Very old indeed! The duvet is not comfy at all! No Aircon but heater! The room is way too hot to sleep even in April time. The hotel offered us a fan to solve the problems but this hotel is actually not cheap!
Pros: Really nice, traditional Japanese room Even though there was a bit of a language barrier as their English was limited and we knew no Japanese, they were very accomadating and helped us get shuttles to bus stops to help us get to ski fields
Pros: My partner and I didn't speak much japanese at all which I know would be frustrating for the staff to deal with but they were patient and extremely helpful to us, they organised our bags to meet us at Dentetsu-Toyama station, we were worried about trying to find the place to pick them up but to our surprise as soon as we got off the platform everything was right there. couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
Pros: Beautiful hotel with beautifil view. Dinner was superb. Few miniutes drive to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine route.
Pros: Nice location, beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Ski station close by.
Cons: Staff was incredibly useless and unhelpful for foreigners not fluent in japanese. No basic english communication, even basic operations was a complete disaster. No food access if you don’t pre-book 24 hours in advance a 70 euros pp diner, nor help in any case whatsoever. Very much disappointed by a ~ 200 euros/night hotel.
Pros: Shuttle pick up from the Omachi Onsenkyo bus stop was very convenient, it is part of your Alpine Route pass stops as well so no additional costs involved getting there and getting out. The surrounding tall trees were really pretty. Our room had a semi outdoor private bath which was really nice and overlooking the trees. The dinner served under the half board package was good as well. Reception do speak basic English and was helpful. Overall a pleasant stay for family.
Cons: The room was not as spacious as it looks in the photo. Fitting 4pax means no area to walk about the room once the beds are laid out for sleeping at night. Hardly additional space to open up all your luggage as well. You literally step all over each others bed getting to the bath area and toilet which are in separate parts of the room.
Pros: Amazing open air private bath as well the Japanese dining experience.
Pros: Many rooms for Onzen, cozy & comfortable with all facilities! Also the staff there was great.

Pros: Room was very big!! We got there super late at night as we were driving. Lady stayed up to check us in quickly. We were only there for the night 8 hrs as we had an early start to the Alpine Route My Tateyama. It was what we needed for the night. Did not see the rest of the hotel. Had parking spot for us. I don't think it's a hotel to relax in, just a convenient location for before or after the mountain trip
Cons: There was little bugs flying near the sink bright light. We would of complained but like I said we just needed sleep asap. We only stayed for 8 hrs at the hotel. It was only near the bath light and no where else in the room. So we were okay
Pros: The japanese room is very big. The staffs are nice and helpful. And the hotel located just 20 min. drive uphill to Ogizawa station. Very good stay for the Alpine route. We arrived late at night, but in the morning we were greeted with beautiful sakura bloom in front of the hotel. Which we took too much time taking picture and arrive a little bit late for the alpine route.
Cons: The hotel is a little old. But everything is clean though. The public bath is a little small and crowded.
Pros: Very accommodating and pleasant staff. Apartment was large and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner provided were well presented, delicious and on time.
Cons: Lack of amenities in the area.
Pros: Recommend to order dinner here. Not too much meal choice around this area and the dinner here is really good and affordable.
Pros: Incredibly generous and attentive staff. So willing to help. Facilities were excellent, specifically the hot bath. Food was outstanding. Small shop to purchase snacks and vending machine for beer.
Cons: The building is a little dated and tired.
Pros: Helpful front end services. The staff helped to keep our dinner even though we checked in late and she proactively help for the luggage delivery to Toyama.
Cons: The living room in the room is a bit old, especially the sofa and the carpet. The hot spring was not hot enough.
Pros: Very helpful staff despite poor spoken English. Hotel is very well located if you plan to start Alpine route from here to Tateyama. Not to finish here as there is nothing in this area of Omachi. Nice japanese breakfast.
Cons: This is a nice hotel but facilities would need and urgent renewal
Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. Really symptoms dinner and breakfast.
Pros: Super friendly and kind staff! The lady at the reception was super helpful. I booked the wrong day by mistake and she rebooked my stay straight away the same day I had wrongly booked! She spoke good English, recommended restaurants around the area.
