Staff made us very welcome from start to finish. Free internet so we could catch up with family and friends whilst on our South African trip.. Lovely breakfasts and we had dinner too which was also superb.
Felt that the hotel lacked atmosphere. Subtle, background music at breakfast, dinner and sundowner time would have pulled the Cascade Manor experience togther.
