Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s tranquil location in the jungle and the friendly, attentive staff, which made their stays memorable. Many enjoyed the unique natural setting, spacious rooms, and relaxing atmosphere. However, some reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, aging facilities, and maintenance, particularly concerning the pool and bathrooms. Bed comfort and noise levels were mixed, with some finding the beds comfortable and others reporting discomfort or noise. While the pool and breakfast received both positive and negative feedback, the overall experience was enhanced by the helpful staff and the hotel’s proximity to local attractions.
