Pros: Great location, very tidy nicely maintained - a bit pricey at Euro 135 a night but we did book late. Staff great, very helpful - shower had a leek and when we asked to have it looked at it was repaired (absolutely properly) immediately within the hour. Couldn't fault the service.

Pros: The Bye Bye Blues restaurant was absolutely outstanding and a wonderful surprise. We did not expect to find a restaurant of such a high standing in Palermo. Also being a coeliac I was very impressed to find that there was gluten free bread for me at breakfast and at dinner. Excellent service. Also the bathrooms were fabulous with magnificent large shower heads which gave the best shower.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful at Quintocanto. Alitalia lost our bags and the hotel staff tracked them down for us and made sure they were there before our departure (trust me, it didn't look promising). In the meantime, my wife and I had an excuse to enjoy the shopping in the area and relaxed with an excellent massage in the spa. The prices are reasonable, the location is excellent, and the service is even better.

Pros: After booking at an already competitive rate, I was delighted to get an upgrade (late August, city centres in Italy are devoid of italians/business travellers so hotels have more availability) and it was a room at the back so very quiet and overlooking the roof of a big church and just wonderful. Their restaurant was also the one which served us the best meal of the whole week in Sicily and the staff were helpful with choices of wine and food. Hotel staff also recommended us a local car rental which proved in turn to be very competitively priced and helpful too. Oh and it couldn't have been more central.

Pros: They upgraded us to a Suite and we were very much impressed with the jacuzzi, the huge bed and the own terasse with two sun beds. Breakfast was generous as well. Reception staff were helpful and kind. Although location was not very central, it was not far either. One more bonus point was that there seemed to be a police station/guard post right on the street level of the hotel which made us feel extremely safe.

Pros: We enjoyed the hotel enough to book an extra day on our return to Palermo the day before our flight out. The staff were accommodating and looked after our excess luggage while we travelled around the island. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and the decor was stylish. The first room we stayed at (booked through you) was large with a lovely big bathroom. The second room, on our return, was smaller and the bathroom a bit cramped and it cost more because we booked it at reception rather than on the net. If we go back to Palermo we would stay there again. It was a few minutes walk to the main shopping streets but was in the very central area (it felt safe) and the best restaurant we ate at in Sicily was less than 50 metres away.

Also it's easy to reach Mondello beach (bus stop is very very near) and city bus to Palermo airport is just near to the hotel. Airport shuttle is also a great thing that is available in the hotel. Staff is doing excellent job, they are all very kind and professional. Kitchen and restaurant in hotel is great as well. I'm happy to recommend this hotel.

Pros: We spent in the hotel four nights. Our room was silent . Breakfast was satisfying (rolls, croissant, jam, honey, nutella, butter, biscuits, juice, cafe), especially compared to other cheap hotels. The service was nice and helpful. The location to visit the city was great.
