Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)
3 hour delay but out of their control. App said I get vouchers but when I applied for them, they were nowhere to be found in my account

The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane
Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic
I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology
My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.
The hard product, food, and service are far superior to their North American counterparts

The staff were nice people, the food was very cheap, one of the meal was a sandwich or nothing, I couldn't buy any food, mind expensive duty free WAS available right away. 🤒

Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.
The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.
Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.
We so appreciated that our connecting flight waited for 6 of us!!!
A lot of things could have been better. They lost our luggage. We missed our connection from YVR to Naples when we arrived in Zurich and then we got re-routed to Rome and then Naples. We eventually got to Naples but our bags didn’t. Our experience at the lost luggage in the Naples was not at all reassuring. They didn’t seem that interested in our problem. I did a live chat with Swiss customer service and all they could do is tell me to follow the process. Meanwhile we’ve had to spend significant money on clothes and I have to replace medications. This has meant our trip so far has been totally different than what we had planned. It’s not clear that our baggage will ever show up which means we will have lost significant amount of clothing and other things and our two month trip to Europe will have more problems than good memories. So far we are not happy.
Not having to pay to sit together. Seat cushions were worn out and breaking down sitting on metal framing, knees jammed against seat in front of me. Not a comfortable flight.
Very disappointed with cancellation, then rebooking with booked friends bumped off & then a delay of over 6 hours!! Totally disappointing & all the anxiety it caused was unacceptable. $15 food voucher to compensate is a joke!
No food or entertainment for a short flight but satisfied with that.

Food, service and the boarding/offloading aspects were great. Our only issue were the seats we booked in the exit row because it was next to the bathroom so we were interrupted all night by people waiting for and then opening and closing the door to use the facilities. Would have fine for a day flight but not so much for an overnighter.
My experience was poor with customer Services. Please consider flexibility with cancellation due to emergency health condition. Thank you.
Time between flights was insufficient and distance between gates was too far.
One cabin crew member was outstanding. The rest were typical Air Canada crew... somewhat friendly, but otherwise matter-of-fact and sometimes grumpy. 3 hour delay with no explanation. The chicken dish they served was horrible - no flavour, poor texture, and the couscous accompaniment tasted terrible. Finally, the worst was the seating. We were near the back of a 777ER (row 54), in a 3-4-3 configuration. Unsurprisingly, the seat was narrow and, as typical with Air Canada, the seat pitch reminded my of a Spirit airlines aircraft. Unfortunately this was a 8+ hour flight. Very few people around us were able to sleep due to the uncomfortable and cramped seating.
I found that no matter how new the plane may be if they don’t make economy seats with more leg room it’s poor, cheap and awful. Passengers are treated like cattle.
1 1/2 hours delayed boarding at JFK caused us to almost miss connecting flight in Rome. Only 30 minutes of time to run from one end of FCO to the other for connecting flight. Not very easy to do for older travelers.
Comfortable seats with sufficient leg room. However, the female flight attendant spoke English and Italian so fast that it was impossible to understand anything she said. There was no entertainment option. No wifi. No milk for tea (only powered milk which is terrible). I appreciate being able to take a carry on. Crew was nice. Plane was clean.
Flight was smooth and event less. The crew is very professional, good looking and efficient. Food quality is good but the bread rolls (made in India) were too hard.
Staff was nice but seat is not what I expected
Our flight was canceled when we landed in Rome to go to Boston along with three other flight cancellations. They couldn’t get us out that day and told us we would fly Delta the following day. They then told us to look for a desk in the airport to get a voucher for the hotel, transportation and meals. Nobody knew where this desk was. We searched around the airport around the ITA area and nobody could lead us to the desk. Once we found the desk, the line was so long. It took seven hours of waiting in line to get our vouchers to get to the hotel transportation and meals. ITA could do a better job in helping stranded passengers get to their hotel instead of waiting in line for seven hours.
The company tries shamelessly to squeeze every dollar)Euro out of its passengers. During the check-in the force you to go through the seat selection, you can skip it. They will assign you the worst seat available, then show you the other available seats on the map, for a fee. But they won't show you the fee until you click on it. And once you do click, there's no way to unselect it!! You will get stuck and forced to pay for that seat. Cheaters!!
There wasn't a time for neither food morning entertainment in a short one hour hop over.
The boarding was delayed and they didn’t let us know why until after we sat on the plane (the plane was delayed getting in) but they had us waiting in line for over 1/2 hour for some reason which I didn’t understand.
Terrible service, uninterested employees, inefficient boarding process, and marginal set up on plane. Staff make the airline - good luck with this one.
Long delay, lack of space at the seats (not comfortable).
It was ok no problem on flight after the ordeal with passport control. Long line and nasty officers not very helpful.
I was disappointed that paying nearly $5000 more for business class for two didn’t really get me any more than a larger seat which as the last row in cabin reclined only mildly and the foot supports were of minimal help and left no room under seat ahead for carton bag. Second, our checked luggage was lost and took us two long days and we’ll after midnight each of them and multiple calls and 30 euro trip to airport in person to finally get them. Would you do this again?
The tv and remote didn’t work. The plug to charge our phone didn’t work.
Never made it to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.
Boarding and flight update was fantastic as I experienced about a 10-15 delayed for both flights. The food served onboard was great; the service of the flight attendants was excellent.
Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.
There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.
The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.
Crew was excellent. Sat us together after the airline changed our seats. This was the smaller plane/shorter flight so no entertainment or food.
It never happened. How could you ask me to write a review of something you are not aware of never happened????
