Check in was easy and completely digital. Made arriving late and getting into bed so much nicer. I was also able to have a late check out considering the circumstances I will share.
I arrived to the hotel very late after getting a flat tire during travel and waiting for aaa. Upon late check in, showering and jumping into bed, I woke up to discover the sheets underneath the comforters were spotted and dirty with something that looked like food, even spreading to my brand new pajamas. The front desk agent and manager had me come down to the front desk three separate times to speak to them and show them my pjs as well as having the housekeeping manager inspect the room and not replacing the sheets. They just left the mattress completely bare. When I asked them what it was on the sheets so I know how to treat my brand new pjs, I was told housekeeping would’ve never left the room in that condition. As a customer who stays frequently with Hilton to the point that I used Hilton points to Book this stay, I felt very unappreciated. Not only did the staff do absolutely nothing to accommodate the poor room conditions, they basically accused me of making the mess myself. Then offered the same discount available as online as an extra discount to accommodate when I stated I was staying two additional nights.
Lights in bathroom. Need to be brighter.
Would definitely come back
This place was so clean! I am so picky about my rooms and pools and Hilton didn't disappoint. We traveled with kids and the pool had a lot of them during the week (not sure about weekend), and they all had such a fun time. Also, so conveniently located by all of the shops and food. Great and accommodating staff. No complaints here!
Staff was great and extremely helpful. Pool was relaxing. Food was okay but breakfast was better than lunch and dinner. The bar at the pool was good, but the drinks weren't strong or worth 9$.
The alcoholic beverages at the pool bar were the biggest let down.
Close walking to shoppimg and restaurant's.
Past its prime
This hotel is really in need of a major rehab.
The pool had scum floating in it.
LOVED IT! Beautiful Hotel with upgrades still mai
Everything was awesome, from check-in to check -out! The hotel was built in early 50's, but was updated while still maintaining the mad men classy feel. Everyone in our party loved the hotel. The views were spectacular at day and at night. Cannot express enough how wonderful this place is!
Service was fast and attentive, even at the restaurant and even on a sold out weekend. And they didn't nickel-and-dime us for every little thing, such as the toothbrushes we forgot and the room towels we accidentally left at the pool. Not sure why people complain about the expensive parking because there is a free self-park lot only 100 feet away with plenty of spots.
Our reserved room with two queen beds was unavailable upon arrival. The other room offered had one huge bed, but the other person was on a couch made into a queen. The suite was very posh, the Presidential Suite, with two rooms and a shower ten feet square!
The service in the hotel restaurants was horrible. But it is a clean hotel. Not really worth the price.
Nightly parking fee on top of room rate, excessive charge
Pool area, relative quietness - 'no diving kids'; an adults' place.
No fridge, reception person
friendly staff and cleanliness
hotel guests had a fight/security called/domestic dispute/made my family feel very uncomfortable..could have responded more quickly
The property was walking distance to the "strip" and a casino (yes I am talking about Palm Springs). The room was large and comfortable with a view of the pool area and the mountains. The resturant had resonable prices and good food. All around great place to stay.
The hotel was well located and the spa was very relaxing. The pool was nice and the hot tub is open late.
Needs updating! Photos online were definitely misleading ! Stench in room was like old motel room!
Spa, pool & location
Desk personnel at check-in tried to overcharge me, refusing to acknowledge that there was a rate step-down over the four days. I was able to correct it with the staff the next day. Charges for use of computer and printer were overpriced.
