This place make very liberal use of the word resort. Sure they have a pool and spa, but no dining, shopping or other entertainment. The building is really just an old motel with WiFi that only works at the pool. And you get to pay $20/night for “resort” fee.

Cons (-) The hotel was recently renovated according to some travelers who had been there in the past, but you could definitely tell some corners were cut in that process. I was totally fine as a solo traveler, but it might not be my choice if returning to Palm Springs with someone who has a picker eye.

Pros (+) Nice fire pits. Right in downtown.
Cons (-) Walls were very thin. Can hear guest walking past as if they were in your room. Shampoo and soaps were attached to the wall.

Pros (+) I liked the pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. The area was relaxing and well maintained and open in the morning and evening so you could enjoy it. The location is prime, just a block from the shops and clubs. The staff let me keep my car parked for a few hours after check out and they kept a bag for me for a few hours. The staff were friendly.
Cons (-) The room smelled moldy and musty and there were a few ants on the floor and ceiling.

Pros (+) Great location, easy to find and walk anywhere. Huge rooms, pool hot tub (under construction but looks like it will be nice).
Cons (-) The room was a little unclean, not bad but not awesome. It looked like when they came to clean they only made the beds. Things are a little out dated but the price and location make it worth it!
