Cons (-) we called ahead to see if we could arrive early and use the pool they told us yes bu when we arrived we could not use the facilities!! Disturbed us with phone calls seeing if we needed anything after we checked in and they walked us to our room we felt very disturbed our whole stay.

Cons (-) Management, reservations, very unethical business practices! Cross your fingers that you don't have to deal with management and can just get into the hotel without problems. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional or unethical privately owned hotel in my life... You have been warned!
