My husband and I booked this hotel for a two night stay in Palm Springs. Luckily we booked a refundable room. The receptionist refused to let us look at a room before we checked in. The pool was dirty. There were a lot of people hanging around the parking lot to where we didn't feel comfortable leaving our van
Room are clean and comfortable, it's a little noisy especially if you have a room with a connecting door.. (you can really hear everything). Due to Covid they don't make the rooms daily, however if you want new towels you can just bring them down to the reception to exchange them. No toiletries (also due to Covid) and the biggest negative for me was the lack of a minifridge in the room (we ended up getting a styrofoam cooler and use the free ice from the mote). Location is excellent and grounds are well kept.
