My husband and I booked this hotel for a two night stay in Palm Springs. Luckily we booked a refundable room. The receptionist refused to let us look at a room before we checked in. The pool was dirty. There were a lot of people hanging around the parking lot to where we didn't feel comfortable leaving our van

Room are clean and comfortable, it's a little noisy especially if you have a room with a connecting door.. (you can really hear everything). Due to Covid they don't make the rooms daily, however if you want new towels you can just bring them down to the reception to exchange them. Pros (+) Convenient location. Wifi not included & have to pay for it separately. Friendly people at the front desk.
Cons (-) Too expensive & not worth the money. The room smelled like dirty toilet when I walked in. Not enough ventilation. The shower curtain smelled like dirty wet old towel that hasn't been washed for weeks. The top blanket on the bed had oil stain - gross!

Pros (+) I was originally disappointed because I thought I had made a reservation at the Motel 6 Downtown and this one is further from the restaurants. That changed the second I walked in the office door. The staff was super friendly and the rooms have all been upgraded. The other location is a dump compared to this one. My new favorite!!

Pros (+) That it was close to where I needed to be.
Cons (-) It wasn't clean. Service was a not the best. The room was clean but the blankets and sheets were disgusting. I get its a motel but they should provide clean bed sheets to each room.
