Overall, guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing major concerns about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, stained bedding, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service was also a significant issue, with reports of unfriendly or absent staff and poor communication. Room size and comfort were frequently criticized, with several guests finding the rooms and bathrooms too small or cramped. Breakfast did not meet expectations for some, due to limited options or inconvenient serving times.
