Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent service, with staff described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is frequently praised for its convenience, proximity to metro stations, and quiet neighborhood. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many guests noting well-maintained rooms and public areas. Comfortable beds are also appreciated. However, several reviews mention that the rooms and bathrooms can be small, and a few guests experienced issues with noise or elevator outages.
