Very clean, relatively spacious rooms compared to other central Paris hotels. The beds were comfortable with a choice of pillows. Helpful staff.
The perfume diffuser (cinnamon) smell in the lobby is so strong and particular we were barely able to stay around. And don’t expect your room to be cleaned up before 1pm.
Location was great, staff were friendly, breakfast was pleasant, room was clean and comfy. No complaints.
We got stuck in the lift for five minutes as they’re fixing their doors currently. Other than that nothing.
It is incredible to not have hot water in the hotel and answer on complain is that I can not ask for refund, because it is non refundable rate. yes I can and I will complain even higher because it is not Normal for 3 star hotel in area Madeleine to not have hot water in the rooms, the non refundable rate had nothing together with hot water 3 star it means standard hotel and hot water is standard!!!!
The interior design is on spot. Breakfast is good! Specially chocolate breads. The location is perfect, near the metro and several shops and bars. You can get to major museums in about a 15/20 minute walk. The hotel has its own restaurant that seemed to be very good because it always had costumers. Soft bed, great water pressure and temperature. Liked it very much.
The bathroom window has no curtains so if you’re facing the streets the light comes in. This made it hard to sleep the first night, the room was not completely dark (the bathroom walls have glass). It’s not that quiet.. you can hear people entering their respective rooms, opening and closing doors. Finally, I think that the cleaning could improve a little bit.
