We loved this hotel!!!! Great style, value, location. Staff were all so nice! Bathroom was beautiful, windows open completely! And plants outside the window were so pretty. Bed was nice and firm. Restaurant downstairs is so expensive but so good. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Air conditioning stopped working and room got stuffy, can't open window because street gets too loud
Fantastic location and the gentlemen on reception was incredibly helpful. I loved the concept of a vegan/ethical cafe and hotel on one site The location was great the opera area is lovely and feels very safe with shops and cafes on your doorstep . A short walk round to the Ooera House and huge shopping complex and you can catch the hop on bus just by the side of the Opera House and Metro not far away at all Great team of cleaners room and halls very good
The rooms are quite small and fairly inaccessible with luggage. You can hear everyone above and below you and some of the finishes such as lights not being fitted correctly ( so you cant adjust to read ) , windows not lining up ( so they don’t close very well ) and no bulbs in lights meant the attention to detail was slightly more amateur than a higher end hotel. Also only one tea bag per two people seemed a little stingy which is a shame as I think less rooms ( to make them bigger ) and more attention to detail would make this a top stay recommendation in Paris
The location is excellent.
The car parking was full booked and not mentioned when we booked this hotel. It was one of the main reasons for us to go for this hotel, so this was very disappointing.
The location is Perfect! Is a little hotel with a very nice concierges.
You need to install something inside the shower to put the shampoos and soap. The shower drain does not work! The bed is too big for that little room
Amazing location, nicely designed rooms
The room was extremely warm even though the heating system was turned off (and it was winter) - to the point that it made it difficult to sleep. The shower door was not staying shut for some reason, so I had to keep holding it when inside. And there was a lot of noise coming from outside the room making it difficult to sleep, probably from a large boiler.
