Great location
Literally in the heart of downtown - lots of places to eat or have coffee, transportation (Metro/train stations) are close by, shops to buy souvenirs or last minute items, etc. Its almost better than NYC!! Staff that greeted us was VERY friendly - especially after arriving from a 10 hr 45 min flight from the States. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if its your first time in Paris, France❤️
The tub/shower was too high to climb in/out of for a short person, like myself (I'm 5'3). Placing a grab bar on the side would be nice!!

The service was good and very responsive
the awful smell in the room. The room was clean, but the smell completely kills. What was that I did not understand, may be just the cleaining liquids, or may be they just bloted out beg buds?

THE position of the hotel is great to have a tour of paris, in front of gare st lazare near the opera!!
