Personnel impolite and not qualified. the quality was so poor , before booking, site claim that breakfast is include , but is was faked , when we booked , we got that we should pay 10 euros for breakfast.. we were not satisfied at all. the price was much more expensive than the service.
the secretary was so impolite, when i called hotel for asking my questions, the secretary hanged up the phone in the middle of conversation. ...!!!they said that there is shuttle ...but when we arrived there , they told us that there is no shuttle from airport !!! when we wanted to check out, they didn't accept and exchange the dollars , they didn't accept the cheque , and when we exchanged money they didn't refund the rest!!!!! at last but not least , our sejour in this hotel was awful.. i don't recommend it at all

comfortable, clean, relatively cheap , handy for metro, bus etc without problems that would be associated if hotel were centrally placed.Handy for restaurants and bars.Trustworthy.
