Pros (+) On checking in and without asking for it, the staff upgraded our room from a Studio to a wonderful 1 bedroom and we were pleasantly surprised. Pros (+) The kitchen was nice with full size appliances. Jetted tub was good. Fireplace was a nice touch but we didn't bring our own fire log so we didn't use it.
Cons (-) Carpet was dirty. The bedding was old and the 2 bed pillows were small and lumpy. The toilet would barely flush. Internet coverage was not great. The room had fresh towels on our second day and they emptied the trash but nothing else was cleaned. The pool and hot tub were full of unattended kids so we didn't use them.

Pros (+) Loved the pool, the huge room, the ski-cabin comfort, location!
Cons (-) Needs a little bit of updating. Bummed the hot tub was out of order.
