Pros (+) Rooms were spacious and well laid out! Washer, dryer, kitchen and everything you need for vacation. Centrally located. Cookies at the front desk late afternoon and early evening were great after being outdoors all day.

Pros (+) On checking in and without asking for it, the staff upgraded our room from a Studio to a wonderful 1 bedroom and we were pleasantly surprised. The grocery delivery was in our room and was super convenient not having to go to the grocery and take our precious time away from the slopes. Wonderful facilities for our ski trip, with the pool and spa on the same 3rd floor level which made it super acces...

Pros (+) The kitchen was nice with full size appliances. Jetted tub was good. Fireplace was a nice touch but we didn't bring our own fire log so we didn't use it.
Cons (-) Carpet was dirty. The bedding was old and the 2 bed pillows were small and lumpy. The toilet would barely flush. Internet coverage was not great. The room had fresh towels on our second day and they emptied the trash but nothing else was cleaned. The pool and hot tub were full of unattended kids so we didn't use them.

Cons (-) Needs a little bit of updating. Bummed the hot tub was out of order.
