More than what I expected
Free breakfast, although we didn't have time for the complimentary shuttle, but it's good to have. The one-time fee for the car parking is also convenient, and lastly the staff are amazingly friendly especially in the breakfast preparation and reception too.
Location was convenient
$30 to park overnight was ridiculous. Highway noises were louder than expected. Could not get any hot water from shower or sink. Could not use card I wanted to due to the high hold they put on for damages and parking could not be paid separately, even after I was told I could change it to pay at check out.
Would stay here again
Loced this place, the staff was wonderful very friendly. The breakfast served in the morning was above and beyond, tons of variety. They have a free shuttle that runs within 2 miles. Great place great location great staff
Loved the location. Right Across the street was race street pier and a lovely view of the Ben Franklin Bridge. close proximity to historic downtown and an easy safe walk. Shower itself was clean as well as vanity surfaces and sink.
My room faced the interstate and did get loud with traffic honking and making louder than usual noises. The bathroom had a unclean appearance with what looked like cleaner buildup in the corners of the bathroom.
It was easy to drive to, was very easy walk to the historic parts of the city, and was considerably cheaper than other options in walking distance. That overcomes the negatives for us. They also had a free shuttle (up to two miles) which was very convenient when we wanted to go a little further. The staff took care of things and were nice.
- Our room faced the highway and had highway noise. The car noise became a background drone, but the train whistle was annoying. That said we slept just fine. - The breakfast was acceptable but limited compared to other complimentary breakfasts, and was a bit cramped.
Had to pay 30 bucks to park my car for the night that should be included with the room I would have rated it higher if it weren't for that
Great hotel for the price
Great location, right on river front. Rooms were clean and comfortable; nothing special but it lives up to expectations. Asked for a cot which was delivered to the room within 15 minutes. Breakfast was decent, and free. Staff was friendly and easy to work with.
Not a whole lot of amenities offered. Parking lot was packed tight (valet cars blocking other parked cars due to lack of available spaces) and was a bit pricey.
I'm a touring musician
As a touring Musician I've stayed in 5-4-3-2-1 and 0 starts, and believe me this place is awesome for the price. Location is great, not in the middle of everything, but closer to the nice part of town
Location and facilities. BAD THING the $25 parks my Fee. That is not fear
The location was great. Near many attraction. Safe parking
$25 for parking.
