Some of the staff were hit and miss (cleaning and front desk) but for the most part our stay was enjoyable. Adrian at the front desk was excellent.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for their needs. Some guests also appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of certain rooms, as well as the friendliness of some staff members. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as outdated furniture, worn carpets, and bathrooms in need of repair. There were also concerns about value for price, with several guests feeling that the quality did not match the cost, especially regarding parking fees and the overall condition of the rooms. While the service was mixed, with some positive mentions of staff, others experienced unprofessional or rude behavior. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main strength, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, room upkeep, and value for money.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) I think the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. Also, the towels were not very fresh. There was wine stain or something near the work desk area that needs to be clean. Honestly it ust didn't seem like the room was well cleaned well.
Pros (+) Clean room
Cons (-) Paid all that money for a room with walls so thin we could hear everything happening outside the room including dumpsters being emptied at 2am
Pros (+) Great location, nice restaurant, cool staff, a chill place
Pros (+) Hard to beat the location for shopping and restaurants. Staff was great! Good value overall, will likely be back.
Cons (-) Rooms could use some cosmetic touch ups.
Pros (+) We got a tremendous deal and enjoyed a junior suite (with separate seating area).
Pros (+) Friendly staff
Pros (+) Overall stay is really nice and comfortable. Staffs are very nice and professional.
Cons (-) Our room is pretty comfortable except that the bathroom seems like it’s not heated or there is no insulation on the walls it feels like it’s 10 degree colder than the room itself. Water takes a long time to heat up as well. Also there was a fire that broke out the very first night of our stay. Everyone has to evacuate the room and stay in the lobby then got moved to the ballroom. We were able to g...

Pros (+) This hotel was a decent value and the bed was comfortable. The location is excellent.
Cons (-) Safety: We checked in with several couples. One couple opened the door to their room after checking in and heard the TV on and saw someone's work boots on the floor by the bathroom. The hotel clerk had given them the keys to someone else's occupied room! The next morning, someone opened the door to my husband's and my room while I was sleeping. I called out my husband's name and the person closed ...

Pros (+) Friendly, helpful staff. Generous sized rooms ( ours was the signature king). Pet friendly, and great location 1 block from Rittenhouse sq and close to shopping, universities, museums, etc. Very good coffee/ breakfast place Bluestone Lane just off the lobby. Wifi worked well.
Cons (-) the price was a little high. It was a busy weekend in town so we paid it but normally there are nice hotels in the area that cost less.
