Pros: Front desk staff were very helpful in supplying directions and ideas of what to see. In the historical district. Bed and room were comfortable. Pub/bar next door is generally not that noisy except for one night pre-Halloween when it was extremely noisy. Liked having a washer/dryer - it really helped as travelling light. Grocery store around corner is open late. Easy to get to via train from airport. Or cab is about $30 (used this for early morning flight on return).

Pros: I loved my hosts Nixon, Nya, and Wesley. They made my stay there incredible and fun! We played games and had activities that other hostels have not had. They had everything I needed and took the time to get to know all of their guests and try to remember their names. Other hostels I’ve stayed at do not have that level of engagement! As a Store Manager of over 5 years, if I had associates that reacted the way they did I would continuously give them raised each review period/each year!
I will certainly take the time to come back here with my other NC friends!! Plus, Nixon is from that area and we connected on bring from the same hometown! Very friendly experience from the guests and the hosts alike.
