Pros (+) Friendly staff with good customer service.
Cons (-) The toilet in our room had been used when we walked in. The floors were dirty and the bathroom counter top looked like it was going to break at any point. The swimming pool outside was nice but there were ants all underneath the chairs.

Pros (+) Nice facility for the money, very nice room. Front desk staff and wait staff very attentive.
Cons (-) We were told our breakfast was included when we checked in but to find out in the morning it wasn't. The head waiter was not very nice about the situation, he was a jerk. Not well located to sites, this hotel is in a residential area.
