Pros (+) We really enjoyed our stay. I booked this last minute while we were on a road trip up the coast. I liked how it was so close to the beach and we even considered staying another night. We had to keep going, but this place and the Pismo Beach area was definitely one of the highlights of our entire trip.

Pros (+) We liked the view of the beach from our room and the close proximity to the beach. This hotel is also very close to the pier and main shopping areas.
Cons (-) The breakfast was pretty basic. I've stayed at lesser hotels that have a better breakfast than this hotel.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable, lots of television channels. Very close to the water- you can walk right down to the beach. Great proximity to restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff was friendly and recommended a good place to eat.

Cons (-) The wifi was not connecting and very slow when it would, loud neighbors, and the lights would sometimes not turn on.
