Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, historic charm, and extensive amenities such as the pool, spa, and gardens. Many enjoyed the ambience, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff in some areas. However, there were frequent complaints about unprofessional or understaffed service, disappointing breakfast quality, and occasional maintenance or cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests also felt the value for price was lacking, especially when expectations for a luxury experience were not met. Overall, the setting and facilities stood out as highlights, while service and breakfast were common areas of dissatisfaction.

Cons (-) I was unhappy to find out that some people in my party were paying less for a double room than I was in a small single!
