Best staff I have ever encountered in all my travels with family or as a couple. They go out of their way to acknowledge you.
Pros (+) Everything from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms is perfectly maintained. I had never stayed in a Drury before but they clearly move to the top of this list next time I travel, especially next time I’m in Pittsburgh. Well done!
Cons (-) I reaching here ... I suppose the breakfast bar could offer a couple of additional choices although I was quite satisfied with their selections.
Pros (+) Fast check in, clean room and great breakfast
