The customer service was exceptional. We had a loud toddler in a room near us and the staff was very accommodating-- and moved us right away with no questions asked. Service at free breakfast was above and beyond considering it was a free buffet. Workout facilites were small but well equipped. Building is beautiful and would have liked some plaques explaining history of the building.
Cheaper rates means clientele unaccustomed to staying in nice properties-- loud neighbors, toddlers running the halls; the beautiful rooftop patio was relegated to a smokers pit. Maybe they should charge a higher price and attract guests with some manners.
