Pros (+) The room was super comfortable and the parlour suite was super spacious! I also highly recommend the menu breakfast down at the hotel's Penn City Grill - the portions are generous and the food is delicious!

Cons (-) There was absolutely no communication that a marathon would have all access to the hotel for check in shut down and even the course police officers sent us in circles for over an hour trying to gain access to the hotel. We ended up missing a meeting by the time we got through the marathon barricades and checked in

Cons (-) The room wasn't ready so they took down my number at 2:45pm and told me they would call when it was ready. I went out around town and came back at 9pm to ask if my room was ready because I still did not receive a call. Terrible follow up and organization! Pros (+) Location is near all the bars and restaurant. Very close walk to Point Park .
Cons (-) Not very friendly staff. They told me that they was a shuttle thats take the guest around 1 mile radius which made me wait for about 45 mins until i had to arrange my own transportation. Gave a twin bed for a single person
