The character and history of the hotel and the beautiful lobby. There were plenty of places around for dining. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly- always ready to go the extra mile.
The staff and fitness facility was beyond expectation.
Free Parking was extremely inconvenient
Great service! Also, the hotel is in a good location. Everything us within walking distance. We stayed there so we could see the Steeler's game. The metro is located within walking distance.
There is nothing we did not like about the hotel. Even though it's older, it's well maintained and updated just enough to feel historic yet modern.
The room was very dated, no water pressure, musty smell, needs a refresh! Staff was across street on their break smoking and lounging in the dog relief area. No one assisted us with bags on arrival, told us where reception was, no breakfast or brunch after 11 am. Discussing work related issues in front of guests...how she had to use her days up before her short term disability could be used. Guests don’t want to hear complaining at the reception desk.
Friendly staff, gorgeous accommodations. I felt completely at home.
