We loved the location and the friendliness of the staff.
The ABC channel didnt work and we needed to go to another location.
The location was excellent for riding the inclines and even walking across the bridges to downtown Pittsburgh.
Been here before. Liked the familiarity
Issue with getting checked into the third room. At 10:00pm the room still wasn’t ready. That’s the last thing people need after being on the road all day
The staff comped our parking...which shouldn’t cost but it does and they saved me approx $50.
Brunch on Sunday was understaffed. But the staff that was there was trying hard.
We got down to breakfast late but before the 11:00 ending time. My son got a bowl of oatmeal thinking it was sausage gravy and tasted and didn’t like the oatmeal. I then told our waiter that the reason we were throwing it away was bc he had mistaken it for sausage gravy. He then took it upon himself and went in the back and brought out a bowl of sausage gravy for my son. Very impressive!!!
Everything was excellent
