Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to the beach, main attractions, and transportation options. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including mold, pests, and poorly maintained bathrooms. The included breakfast was frequently described as basic or disappointing, and some guests reported problems with the pool's cleanliness and maintenance. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests complimenting the staff's friendliness while others mentioned unhelpful or indifferent attitudes. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and some amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
