Pros (+) It's in a great location close to everything! Collectivo station around the block for cheap transportation anywhere, a few minutes away from Quinta and the beach, plenty of stores around the immedite area and Walmart is about five minutes away walking. The feel of the hotel is very relaxed with no major flow of people. It made it seem like a little safe haven away from the madness of the tourists....

Pros (+) Swimming pool is nice and breakfast though simple, is better than usual coffee+pastry. It includes eggs, toast and coffee/OJ. The hotel is 2 blocks from 5th Ave and 3 blocks from the beach. It can be a downside because on one night there was too much action with karaoke singing under our windows until 5 am in the morning.
Cons (-) Water was shutting off for 30 min-1h several times each evening. Our fridge was not working and I had to beg to exchange it since we needed to store baby's milk. AC was broken as well but someone came to fix it fast enough. Similarly, I had to ask several times to have 3rd towel delivered to both rooms thou we paid a 3-person rate for each. Overall, customer service is lacking.
