Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning its proximity to local attractions. However, there were numerous complaints about cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and unclean bathrooms. Service was also a frequent issue, with reports of unresponsive or unprofessional staff and problems with room readiness and amenities. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it decent and others noting limited options. Room size was generally viewed as adequate, but not exceptional. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
