Pros (+) Big spacious clean room in an excellent location. Close to all the dining, drinking, shopping in Old Port.
Cons (-) There was some construction going on on the floor, rooms being redone, the halls were dusty and smelled from this work, also the wireless connection was very iffy.

Pros (+) I wanted to catch the ferry to the islands, so it was a great location! Parking was very convenient. and downtown area and shopping was a few steps away. I came up a week earlier that my original reservation, and the staff was able to accomodate me. They were very friendly and professional.
