Pros: it is about 6 years that I go to Mercure Poznan. I take this hotel because of the location close to the exhibition center. I found out that Sheraton hotel had better rates than you. I will keep this into consideration for my next trip to Poznan next year.

Pros: The hotel was situated very near the bus stop from the airport. (Bus nos. 59) you just had to cross the road and you were there. The rooms were very large and comfortable, and the beds, were bigger than I had anticipated, for a single sized bed. From the hotel it was a 10-15 minute walk to the main square. Cannot comment on the food, as we did not eat there. Drinks were expensive in the bar.

Cons: The only downside without sounding like a fusspot is that it advertised the room as being provided with a robe and slippers. There was nothing like this in the room or bathroom.

Cons: It's in an 'industrial looking' part of town, quite far to get to town or get a quick bite. The hotel restaurant is fine for breakfast, but too empty for a nice dinner. BTW one can get a taxi discount number from the hotel reception.
