Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and the excellent breakfast selection. Many found the service to be outstanding, with staff going out of their way to assist and accommodate guests. The breakfast was frequently described as varied and delicious. However, several guests reported significant noise disturbances due to ongoing renovations and early morning construction, as well as issues with room size and lack of air conditioning in some rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and breakfast stood out in the majority of reviews.
