Reception staff working on Sept 11th day shift was very rude she behaved like as if we are staying in the hotel in free of cost.. She was irresponsible...management of hotel shall take necessary action with that lady..
The area around the hotel was nice – although I could not help but listen to kids playing football, the access to the trams and the surroundings were lovely. Great bathroom and beds.
Breakfast did not fulfill my expectations – the choice of one’s meal was quite narrow, but at least I got my stomach full in the morning. Also, my fuse box was making a 50Hz electric shortage sound when I had my hotel card in, and also, my lights were occasionally blinking even when off – I just had to get the card out for a good sleep.
I guess the value was ok if not good. Close to the hockey rink.
Overall not friendly. I've been to alot of 2-3 star hotels in Czech for hockey and this was probably one of the worst. Everything is very dated. Not very clean. The breakfast wasn't very good. I even found the beds to be very uncomfortable. Parking is free but if you need to leave you need to grab a card exit and then run the card back to reception as they only have one for the whole hotel.
It was incredible difficult to access to hotel
Budget option for visiting Prague. Hotel is of older type but the beds were fine. It is about 5 km from city centre with tram. There are 6 and 24 tram line end station just beside the hotel.
Breakfast was little plain.
