Pros (+) Clean place with all you need as a place to sleep. Wifi did not work the first night, but the owner was very helpful and finally got it working. Cable TV, cube fridge, microwave, coffee maker. All the ice you can want at the CircleK. I stayed for a week while attending Gunsite and it was fine.

Cons (-) The one thing that could use improving was the shower head, somehow it hit me in the face no matter where I was standing in the shower. We just laughed about it. There's also no plug for the bathtub but we just used a washcloth to plug it up to bathe the Kiddo.
