Pros:

Easy pick up and drop off. Not a lot of time in office doing paperwork and car was clean.

Cons:

The car radio was is Japanese and I couldn’t get it to play music. No lumbar support in seat.

The pick up shuttle from the airport was a little hard to find (there's a lady outside with a clipboard but there's no signage or logo anywhere). But once dropped at hertz it was simple and efficient

Car was clean and in good shape. Check in and return was easy. There was a charge for a second driver which I find is just an up charge.

Complex and convoluted check in process that took way too long and with too many documents.

Pros:

Easy process to pick up and drop off. Staff was very polite, friendly and knew what they were doing so the process was very quick.

Cons:

The car was decent but something rattled in the back the entire time. I believe it was the spare tire equipment.

We reserved a 6 passenger vehicle. We were given a 5 passenger vehicle TWICE! The experience was over an hour and more than $400 USD. Avis wouldn’t honour the price and blamed it all on who we booked through. This is terrible. A contract is a contract, no? We want the difference back.
