Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions and public transport. Cleanliness is also frequently highlighted, with many noting tidy rooms and comfortable beds. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues with self-check-in, lack of staff presence, and poor communication. Breakfast availability and quality are also a common source of disappointment, as is the unreliable WiFi in some rooms. Overall, while the hotel offers a good base for exploring the area, improvements in service and amenities are needed.
