One of the few acceptable places to stay in Pueblo. Had a pool which my 5 year old swam in for a bit. Free breakfast was ok
This is an honest review that I hope doesn’t come across as too much of a soap box. My room smelled like smoke. They must have known that because there was a air cleaner machine running when I got there. Location was terrible but seems like that’s more the city than anything else. I was worried about car getting broken into so I parked in front (as did every other car I saw - no one was parked in back). Next time, I will just keep driving and try to stay in another city.
The only reason we picked this hotel was for the hot tub and that was not working the entire stay. Should have on website when it is down. Nothing stayed open times that were posted. Bar closed early. Breakfast was shut down early. Room was not clean
the bed was comfortable
the power wet out four times. The parking lot is half dirt...still, after years. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were half water. The juice machine never worked all weekend. The snack area is poorly stocked. One elevator never worked all weekend, causing numerous waiting times.
Very nice rooms, very clean, typical decent hotel breakfast. Very nice lobby and bar area
The cleanliness of the room was good, beds were comfy.
Breakfast is terrible $169.00 a night for some powdered eggs and microwave sausage. We complained multiple times about our a/c not blowing and they offered us a fan. It’s 103 outside. For that kind of money breakfast should have a lot of options. Embassy suites you expect to pay that and you get a breakfast bar. I won’t be returning there and I won’t recommend them.
