Pros (+) The food was good, the restaurant and housekeeping staff was excellent. The pool were clean. The beach was a bit narrow but clean and friendly
Cons (-) The check-in and check-out process. Was first sent to a under-priced room and then changed to another room. Had booked a ocean-view room but was given one with a partial view. The check out process was confusing. Their records showed that we were staying in a different room even though our ekeys worked fine. Maybe we were to be given an ocean view room but were again dinged????
