Pros (+) Other than the beautiful view of the beach and the couples massage at the spa there wasn't really much that we liked about our stay at the royal suites
Cons (-) This hotel was by far the worst that either of us have EVER gone to. The food was absolutely disgusting other than at the Japanese restaurant and even that was mediocre. Try calling room service and you're lucky if they even answer the phone. We were promised so much and given so little.butler service? Pros (+) We loved the overall experience of the Resort. We had golf cart transportation all over the property and all the food and alcohol you could consume. Also for the guests of the Royal Suites we had access to top shelf liquor and swim up suites.
Cons (-) The things that we did struggle with was the taste of the food and we also felt like the Resort was catering to the American way of eating instead of giving us the foods of the Dominican Culture. I also will say that when is comes to the rooms they are in need of new furniture you can see the wear and tear on them.
